Article L731-5 of the French Civil Aviation Code

Each year, the Minister responsible for civil aviation publishes the corrective measures that he implements following the safety recommendations issued by the permanent body. It shall justify any deviation from these recommendations.

Le ministre chargé de l’aviation civile publie chaque année les mesures correctrices qu’il met en oeuvre à la suite des recommandations de sécurité émises par l’organisme permanent. Il justifie tout écart avec ces recommandations.
