Article L732-5 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.- Pursuant to 8° of article 6-2 of Organic Law no. 99-209 of 19 March 1999, subject to the adaptation provisions set out in II, the following shall apply ipso jure in New Caledonia:
1° Article L. 151-1 ;
2° Article L. 151-2 ;
3° Articles L. 151-3 to L. 151-7. :
II.-For the application of I, decrees issued on the report of the ministers responsible for overseas departments and territories and for the economy set the conditions for the application of article L. 151-2.

Article L732-5

I.-En application du 8° de l’article 6-2 de la loi organique n° 99-209 du 19 mars 1999, sous réserve des dispositions d’adaptation prévues au II, sont applicables de plein droit en Nouvelle-Calédonie :
1° L’article L. 151-1 ;
2° L’article L. 151-2 ;
3° Les articles L. 151-3 à L. 151-7. :
II.-Pour l’application du I, des décrets pris sur le rapport des ministres chargés de l’outre-mer et de l’économie fixent les conditions d’application de l’article L. 151-2.
