This Code is applicable to employee entrepreneurs who are members of a cooperative for activity and employment mentioned inArticle 26-41 of Law No 47-1775 of 10 September 1947 on the status of cooperation, subject to the provisions of this Title.

Le présent code est applicable aux entrepreneurs salariés associés d’une coopérative d’activité et d’emploi mentionnée à l’article 26-41 de la loi n° 47-1775 du 10 septembre 1947 portant statut de la coopération, sous réserve des dispositions du présent titre.
