Article L7343-15 of the French Labour Code

Where the administrative court annuls the decision of the authority referred to in Article L. 7345-1 authorising the termination of the contract concluded between a platform and a representative appointed pursuant to Article L. 7343-12, or where the termination of this contract is ordered in disregard of the provisions relating to the administrative authorisation procedure provided for in Article L. 7343-13, the representative is entitled to payment by the platform of damages corresponding to the total loss suffered during the period between the termination of the contract and the end of the protection period referred to in the second paragraph of Article L. 7343-13.

Article L7343-15

Lorsque le juge administratif annule la décision de l’autorité mentionnée à l’article L. 7345-1 autorisant la rupture du contrat conclu entre une plateforme et un représentant désigné en application de l’article L. 7343-12, ou lorsque la rupture de ce contrat est prononcée en méconnaissance des dispositions relatives à la procédure d’autorisation administrative prévue à l’article L. 7343-13, le représentant a droit au paiement par la plateforme de dommages et intérêts correspondant à la totalité du préjudice subi au cours de la période écoulée entre la rupture du contrat et la fin de la période de protection mentionnée au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 7343-13.
