Where a platform is bound by the clauses of a sector agreement, these clauses shall apply to commercial contracts concluded between the platforms and the workers referred to in Article L. 7341-1 whose services fall within its scope, unless more favourable stipulations are included in the said contracts.
Lorsqu’une plateforme est liée par les clauses d’un accord de secteur, ces clauses s’appliquent aux contrats commerciaux conclus entre les plateformes et les travailleurs mentionnés à l’article L. 7341-1 dont les prestations entrent dans son champ d’application, sauf stipulations plus favorables figurant dans lesdits contrats.
