Article L752-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.- Subject to the provisions of II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the following table shall apply in New Caledonia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II.-For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above:
1° In the first paragraph of II of article L. 313-50, the reference to article L. 312-18 is deleted;
2° In article L. 313-51, the references to safeguard or receivership proceedings and to the Commercial Code are replaced by references to the equivalent provisions applicable locally.

Article L752-8

I.-Sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie, sous réserve des dispositions prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II.-Pour l’application des articles mentionnés dans le tableau ci-dessus :
1° Au premier alinéa du II de l’article L. 313-50, la référence à l’article L. 312-18 est supprimée ;
2° A l’article L. 313-51, les références aux procédures de sauvegarde ou de redressement judiciaire et au code de commerce sont remplacées par les références aux dispositions équivalentes applicables localement.
