Article L775-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the following table shall apply in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the provisions of II, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II – For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above, in the first paragraph of article L. 511-34, the words: or, for the application of 2° of this article, a group within the meaning of article L. 356-1 of the Insurance Code and the words: or a mixed group or a financial conglomerate to which regulated entities within the meaning of article L. 517-2 belong are deleted.

II.-Pour l’application des articles mentionnés dans le tableau ci-dessus, au premier alinéa de l’article L. 511-34, les mots : ou, pour l’application du 2° du présent article, d’un groupe au sens de l’article L. 356-1 du code des assurances et les mots : ou d’un groupe mixte ou d’un conglomérat financier auquel appartiennent des entités réglementées au sens de l’article L. 517-2 sont supprimés.
