In the cases provided for in V of article L. 114-1 of the Internal Security Code, administrative investigations may be carried out before the residence permit or residence authorisation is issued, renewed or withdrawn.

Dans les cas prévus au V de l’article L. 114-1 du code de la sécurité intérieure, il peut être procédé à des enquêtes administratives avant la délivrance, le renouvellement ou le retrait du titre de séjour ou de l’autorisation de séjour.
