Article L811-6 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The terms and conditions for the application of this section shall be determined by decree in the Council of State, issued after obtaining the opinion of the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés. This decree shall define in particular the nature of the documents and information that may be communicated to the competent administrative authority by each of the authorities or private persons mentioned in 1° to 8° of Article L. 811-4.

Les modalités d’application de la présente section sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’Etat, pris après avis de la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés. Ce décret définit notamment la nature des documents et des informations susceptibles d’être communiqués à l’autorité administrative compétente par chacune des autorités ou des personnes privées mentionnées aux 1° à 8° de l’article L. 811-4.
