The provisions of articles L. 433-3, L. 433-5 and L. 433-6 of the French Penal Code, which respectively provide for and punish acts of violence, insult and resistance against officers of the judicial police, are applicable to those guilty of acts of the same nature against labour inspection officers mentioned in article L. 8112-1 of this Code.
Les dispositions des articles L. 433-3, L. 433-5 et L. 433-6 du code pénal qui prévoient et répriment respectivement les actes de violences, d’outrages et de résistance contre les officiers de police judiciaire sont applicables à ceux qui se rendent coupables de faits de même nature à l’égard des agents de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionnés à l’article L. 8112-1 du présent code.
