Article L8223-2 of the French Labour Code

Under conditions defined by decree, the employee obtains from the control agents mentioned in article L. 8271-7 information relating to the completion by his employer of the pre-recruitment declaration concerning him.

Where this formality is not completed by the employer, these agents are authorised to provide the employee with information relating to his registration on the single personnel register.

Article L8223-2

Le salarié obtient des agents de contrôle mentionnés à l’article L. 8271-7, dans des conditions définies par décret, les informations relatives à l’accomplissement par son employeur de la déclaration préalable à l’embauche le concernant.

Lorsque cette formalité n’est pas accomplie par l’employeur, ces agents sont habilités à communiquer au salarié les informations relatives à son inscription sur le registre unique du personnel.
