In the cases provided for in this chapter, the injured employee, the social security and family allowance bodies and the paid holiday fund may, in the event of the contractor’s default, take direct action against the head of the company for whom the work was carried out.

Dans les cas prévus au présent chapitre, le salarié lésé, les organismes de sécurité sociale et d’allocations familiales et la caisse de congés payés peuvent engager, en cas de défaillance de l’entrepreneur, une action directe contre le chef d’entreprise pour lequel le travail a été réalisé.
