Article L824-10 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A foreigner who evades or attempts to evade the enforcement of a decision to implement a decision taken by another State, a decision to surrender to the authorities of another State or a transfer decision provided for in Article L. 572-1 shall be liable to three years’ imprisonment.
A foreigner convicted under this article shall incur the additional penalty of three years’ ban from French territory.

Article L824-10

Est puni de trois ans d’emprisonnement le fait, pour un étranger, de se soustraire ou de tenter de se soustraire à l’exécution d’une décision de mise en œuvre d’une décision prise par un autre État, d’une décision de remise aux autorités d’un autre État ou d’une décision de transfert prévue à l’article L. 572-1.
L’étranger condamné en application du présent article encourt la peine complémentaire de trois ans d’interdiction du territoire français.
