Article L8254-2-2 of the French Labour Code

Any person convicted under article L. 8256-2 for knowingly using the services of an employer of a foreign national not authorised to work is jointly and severally liable with this employer for payment of the remuneration and charges, contributions and costs mentioned in 1° to 4° of article L. 8254-2.

Toute personne condamnée en vertu de l’article L. 8256-2 pour avoir recouru sciemment aux services d’un employeur d’un étranger non autorisé à travailler est tenue solidairement avec cet employeur au paiement des rémunérations et charges, contributions et frais mentionnés aux 1° à 4° de l’article L. 8254-2.
