Article L8323-1-2 of the French Labour Code

For the application of article L. 8271-6-4 in Mayotte, the following words are inserted after the words: “articles L. 213-1 and L. 752-1 of the Social Security Code,” the words: “article 22 of order no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health, health insurance, maternity and death, the financing of social security in Mayotte and the Mayotte Social Security Fund”.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article L. 8271-6-4, il est inséré, après les mots : “ aux articles L. 213-1 et L. 752-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, ” les mots : “ à l’article 22 de l’ordonnance n° 96-1122 du 20 décembre 1996 relative à l’amélioration de la santé publique, à l’assurance-maladie, maternité et décès, au financement de la sécurité sociale à Mayotte et à la caisse de sécurité sociale de Mayotte ”.
