The general provisions of articles L. 1521-1 to L. 1521-4 also apply to the provisions of this Title.
For the application of article L. 8221-3 to Mayotte, the words: “pursuant to article L. 133-6-7-1 of the Social Security Code” are deleted.
For the application of article L. 8271-6-4 in Mayotte, the following words are inserted after the words: “articles L. 213-1 and L. 752-1 of the Social Security Code,” the words: “article 22 of order no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health, health insurance, maternity and death, the financing of social security in Mayotte and the Mayotte Social Security Fund”.
A Conseil d’Etat decree will make the necessary adjustments to the provisions of Title II of Book II, relating to undeclared work, for their application in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion Island, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin.
No person may, directly or through an intermediary, engage, retain in his service or employ for any period whatsoever a foreigner who does not hold a permit authorising him to work in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. The conditions for issuing a work permit are determined by regulation.
The act by any person, directly or through an intermediary, of hiring, keeping in their service or employing for any period whatsoever a foreigner who does not hold a permit authorising him/her to work in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, in breach of the provisions of article L. 8323-2, is punishable by the penalties laid down in articles L. 8256-2 to L. 8256-6.
When employees and companies operate in French Republic collectivities excluded from the geographical scope defined in Article L. 1511-1, the provisions of Article L. 8222-4 are applicable to the co-contractor established or domiciled in Wallis and Futuna or in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
