Article L8323-3 of the French Labour Code

The act by any person, directly or through an intermediary, of hiring, keeping in their service or employing for any period whatsoever a foreigner who does not hold a permit authorising him/her to work in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, in breach of the provisions of article L. 8323-2, is punishable by the penalties laid down in articles L. 8256-2 to L. 8256-6.

Article L8323-3

Le fait pour toute personne, directement ou par personne interposée, d’engager, de conserver à son service ou d’employer pour quelque durée que ce soit un étranger non muni du titre l’autorisant à exercer une activité salariée à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, en méconnaissance des dispositions de l’article L. 8323-2, est puni des peines prévues aux articles L. 8256-2 à L. 8256-6.
