Article L8331-1 of the French Labour Code

When employees and companies operate in French Republic collectivities excluded from the geographical scope defined in Article L. 1511-1, the provisions of Article L. 8222-4 are applicable to the co-contractor established or domiciled in Wallis and Futuna or in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.

Lorsque les salariés et les entreprises interviennent dans les collectivités de la République française exclues du champ d’application géographique défini à l’article L. 1511-1, les dispositions de l’article L. 8222-4 sont applicables au cocontractant établi ou domicilié à Wallis et Futuna ou dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises.
