Article L917-1 of the French Commercial code

In Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, a Chamber of Agriculture, Commerce, Industry, Trades and Crafts, a public establishment, is the body representing the agricultural, commercial, industrial and craft interests of its constituency to the public authorities. It exercises the powers devolved to the departmental chambers of agriculture, the territorial chambers of commerce and industry and the chambers of trades and crafts by the legislation in force.

A Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, une chambre d’agriculture, de commerce, d’industrie, de métiers et de l’artisanat, établissement public, est auprès des pouvoirs publics l’organe des intérêts agricoles, commerciaux, industriels et artisanaux de sa circonscription. Elle exerce les attributions dévolues aux chambres départementales d’agriculture, aux chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales et aux chambres de métiers et de l’artisanat par la législation en vigueur.
