Article R 1424-66 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The president of the Conseil national des sapeurs-pompiers volontaires and, in the cases provided for in the third paragraph of article 44 of law no. 2004-811 of 13 August 2004 on the modernisation of civil security, the prefect of the Paris police force, the mayor of Marseille, the commander of the Paris fire brigade and the commander of the Marseille marine fire battalion, or their representatives, attend meetings of the national conference in an advisory capacity.

Le président du Conseil national des sapeurs-pompiers volontaires et, dans les cas prévus au troisième alinéa de l’article 44 de la n° 2004-811 du 13 août 2004 de modernisation de la sécurité civile, le préfet de police de Paris, le maire de Marseille, le commandant de la brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris et le commandant du bataillon de marins-pompiers de Marseille, ou leur représentant, participent avec voix consultative aux séances de la conférence nationale.
