The amount of the sums due by the user of the work is established according to the conditions in use in each of the categories of creations considered.

The payment of funds and their use for purposes of general or professional interest will be subject to the control of the minister responsible for culture.

Le montant des sommes dues par l’utilisateur de l’oeuvre est établi selon les conditions en usage dans chacune des catégories de créations considérées.

Le versement des fonds et leur utilisation à des fins d’intérêt général ou professionnel seront soumis au contrôle du ministre chargé de la culture.
