Professionals likely to exchange or share information relating to the same person receiving care belong to the following two categories:
1° The healthcare professionals mentioned in Part Four of this Code, whatever their mode of practice;
2° Professionals in the following sub-categories:
a) Social service assistants mentioned inarticle L. 411-1 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles ;
b) Osteopaths, chiropractors, psychologists and psychotherapists who are not health professionals, medical and psychological assistants and educational and social support workers;
c) Maternal assistants and family assistants mentioned in Title II of Book IV of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles ;
d) Educators and family assistants, occasional teaching staff in group childcare centres and permanent staff in residential centres mentioned in Title III of Book IV of the same code;
e) Private individuals caring for the elderly or disabled, as referred to in Title IV of Book IV of the same Code;
f) Legal representatives for the protection of adults and delegates for family benefits mentioned in Title VII of Book IV of the same code;
g) Non-healthcare professionals employed by the establishments and services and living and reception facilities mentioned in articles L. 312-1, L. 321-1 and L. 322-1 of the same code, or practising on a self-employed basis under an agreement ;
h) (Repealed) ;
i) Non-healthcare professionals who are members of the medico-social team responsible for examining applications for the personalised autonomy allowance mentioned in articles L. 232-3 and L. 232-6 of the same code, or who contribute to this examination by virtue of an agreement.
j) Staff from support schemes for the coordination of complex healthcare pathways mentioned in article L. 6327-1, specific regional schemes mentioned in article L. 6327-6 and support schemes mentioned in II ofarticle 23 of law no. 2019-774 of 24 July 2019 relating to the organisation and transformation of the healthcare system working in the context of their mission to coordinate the healthcare pathway of the person concerned and specially authorised by the legal representatives of these schemes ;
k) Postgraduate students mentioned in articles R. 6153-1, R. 6153-2 and R. 6153-93 of this code.
