Article R1111-43 of the French Public Health Code

Without prejudice to the provisions of article R. 1111-34, all actions carried out on the shared medical record, whoever is responsible for them, are traced and kept in the shared medical record, and in particular the date, time and identification of the professional, health institution, social or medico-social institution or service or digital health service mentioned in article R. 1111-37 who consulted or added to the shared medical record.

These traces are accessible to the holder of the file, the attending doctor referred to in article L. 162-5-3 of the Social Security Code, the professionals referred to in article R. 1111-54 of this Code and the professional responsible for the actions covered by these traces.

Sans préjudice des dispositions de l’article R. 1111-34, toutes les actions réalisées sur le dossier médical partagé, quel qu’en soit l’auteur, sont tracées et conservées dans le dossier médical partagé, et notamment la date, l’heure, et l’identification du professionnel, de l’établissement de santé, de l’établissement ou du service social ou médico-social ou du service numérique en santé mentionné à l’article R. 1111-37 qui a consulté ou alimenté le dossier médical partagé.


Ces traces sont accessibles au titulaire du dossier, au médecin traitant mentionné à l’article L. 162-5-3 du code de la sécurité sociale, aux professionnels mentionnés à l’article R. 1111-54 du présent code et au professionnel auteur des actions faisant l’objet de ces traces.
