Article R1111-54 of the French Public Health Code

The attending doctor referred to inarticle L. 162-5-3 of the Social Security Code has access to all the data contained in the shared medical record.

The holder may grant one or more professionals authorised to access his shared medical record the same access rights as those of the attending doctor defined in the second paragraph of article L. 1111-16 of this code.

Le médecin traitant mentionné à l’article L. 162-5-3 du code de la sécurité sociale accède à l’ensemble des données contenues dans le dossier médical partagé.

Le titulaire peut accorder à un ou plusieurs professionnels autorisés à accéder à son dossier médical partagé les mêmes droits d’accès que ceux du médecin traitant définis au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1111-16 du présent code.
