Article R1112-79 of the French Public Health Code

The users’ commission referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 1112-3 is set up in each public or private health establishment and in the health cooperation groupings authorised to carry out the tasks of a health establishment.

La commission des usagers mentionnée au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1112-3 est instituée dans chaque établissement de santé public ou privé ainsi que dans les groupements de coopération sanitaire autorisés à assurer les missions d’un établissement de santé.
