I.-The representatives of local and regional authorities are appointed for a renewable term of three years by order of the Prime Minister. They may not serve beyond their elected term of office. They include:
a) Three representatives of the regions and the local authority of Corsica proposed by the Régions de France association;
b) Three representatives of the départements proposed by the Assemblée des départements de France;
c) Three representatives of the communes proposed by the Association des maires de France ;
d) One representative of groups of communes proposed by the Association des maires de France;
e) One representative of the overseas regions, French Guiana and Martinique proposed by the association Régions de France;
f) One representative of the overseas departments proposed by the Assemblée des départements de France.
II.-The associations mentioned in 1° of Article R. 1115-8 are represented by the president of Cités unies France or his representative and by the president of the French Association of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions or his representative.
III.-The State representatives comprise:
a) Two representatives of the Minister of Foreign Affairs;
b) One representative of the Minister of the Interior;
c) One representative of the Minister responsible for decentralisation;
d) One representative of the Minister responsible for development;
e) One representative of the Minister responsible for the economy;
f) One representative of the Minister responsible for education;
g) One representative of the Minister responsible for foreign trade ;
h) A representative of the Minister responsible for culture;
i) A representative of the Minister responsible for overseas affairs;
j) A representative of the Minister responsible for youth;
k) A representative of the Minister responsible for agriculture;
l) A representative of the Minister responsible for ecology;
m) A representative of the Minister responsible for territorial equality.
