Article R112-34 of the French Sports Code

The regional prefect, in his capacity as territorial delegate of the National Sports Agency, is assisted by a deputy territorial delegate, who is the regional academic delegate for youth, commitment and sports, to whom he may delegate his signature. He may also delegate his signature to agents of the Regional Academic Delegation for Youth, Commitment and Sport for the exercise of the various powers mentioned in article R. 112-33, with the exception of those mentioned in 4°.

Article R112-34

Le préfet de région, en qualité de délégué territorial de l’Agence nationale du sport, est assisté d’un délégué territorial adjoint, qui est le délégué régional académique à la jeunesse, à l’engagement et aux sports, auquel il peut déléguer sa signature. Il peut également déléguer sa signature aux agents de la délégation régionale académique à la jeunesse, à l’engagement et aux sports pour l’exercice des différentes attributions mentionnées à l’article R. 112-33, à l’exception de celles mentionnées au 4°.
