Article R112-50 of the French Sports Code

The provisions of articles R. 112-40 and R. 112-45 do not apply in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Reunion Island, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia and New Caledonia, insofar as they concern the composition of the panels of the regional sports conferences and the panels of the conferences of sports funders, which is set, in these local authorities, by joint order of the Minister for Sport and the Minister for Overseas Territories, taking into account the characteristics of the local authorities and respecting the specific powers of their institutions.

Les dispositions des articles R. 112-40 et R. 112-45 ne sont pas applicables en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à La Réunion, à Mayotte, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin, à Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, en Polynésie française, en Nouvelle-Calédonie, en ce qu’elles concernent la composition des collèges des conférences régionales du sport et des collèges des conférences des financeurs du sport qui est fixée, dans ces collectivités, par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé du sport et du ministre chargé des outre-mer, en tenant compte des caractéristiques des collectivités et dans le respect des compétences propres à leurs institutions.
