Article R1131-17 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of failure to comply with the legislative and regulatory provisions of this Title and Books I and II of Part Six of this Code, or breach of the conditions laid down in the authorisation, the authorisation may be suspended or withdrawn under the conditions set out in Article L. 6122-13.

When the provisions of the last paragraph of this article relating to the continued suspension or withdrawal of the authorisation are applied, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency may seek the opinion of the Agence de la biomédecine.

Article R1131-17

En cas de manquement aux dispositions législatives et réglementaires du présent titre et des livres Ier et II de la sixième partie du présent code ou de violation des conditions fixées dans l’autorisation, la suspension ou le retrait de l’autorisation est encouru dans les conditions prévues par l’article L. 6122-13.

Lorsqu’il est fait application des dispositions du dernier alinéa de cet article relatives au maintien de la suspension ou de retrait de l’autorisation, le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé peut recueillir l’avis de l’Agence de la biomédecine.
