Article R114-3 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée is subject to the provisions of Titles I and III of Decree no. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budget management and accounting.

However, notwithstanding article 178 of this decree, intervention expenditure is the subject of a separate non-restrictive budget, presented for information to the governing body in accordance with the procedures defined in 1° and 2° of article 175 of the same decree and voted by the governing body in accordance with the procedures defined in 3° of the same article 175.

Article R114-3

Le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée est soumis aux dispositions des titres Ier et III du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique.

Toutefois, par dérogation à l’article 178 de ce décret, les dépenses d’intervention font l’objet d’une enveloppe distincte non limitative, présentée pour information à l’organe délibérant selon les modalités définies aux 1° et 2° de l’article 175 du même décret et votée par l’organe délibérant selon les modalités définies au 3° de ce même article 175.
