Article R114-57 of the French Sports Code

Each centre shall have an administrative social committee and, where applicable, a specialised health, safety and working conditions committee, reporting to its Director, under the conditions laid down by Decree no. 2020-1427 of 20 November 2020 relating to administrative social committees in State administrations and public establishments, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.

Article R114-57

Chaque centre est doté d’un comité social d’administration et, le cas échéant, d’une formation spécialisée en matière de santé, de sécurité et de conditions de travail, placés auprès de son directeur, dans les conditions prévues par le décret n° 2020-1427 du 20 novembre 2020 relatif aux comités sociaux d’administration dans les administrations et les établissements publics de l’Etat, sous réserve des dispositions de la présente sous-section.
