Article R114-60 of the French Sports Code

Notwithstanding article 10 of the above-mentioned decree of 20 November 2020, in centres with a workforce of less than two hundred employees, a specialised committee may be set up within the social committee of the administration when this is justified by particular occupational risks, by decision of the Board of Directors, on its own initiative or on the proposal of the occupational health and safety inspector or of the majority of the members with voting rights on the social committee of the administration.

Par dérogation à l’article 10 du décret du 20 novembre 2020 mentionné ci-dessus, dans les centres dont les effectifs sont inférieurs à deux cents agents, il peut être institué une formation spécialisée au sein du comité social d’administration lorsque des risques professionnels particuliers le justifient, par délibération du conseil d’administration, à son initiative ou sur proposition de l’inspecteur santé sécurité au travail ou de la majorité des membres ayant voix délibérative au sein du comité social d’administration.
