The National Commission may make proposals to the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Health for the improvement and uniform implementation of the system for compensating for the consequences of health risks. It shall inform the commissions mentioned in article L. 1142-5 of these proposals.
La commission nationale peut adresser au ministre de la justice et au ministre chargé de la santé des propositions tendant à l’amélioration et à la mise en œuvre homogène du dispositif de réparation des conséquences des risques sanitaires. Elle informe de ces propositions les commissions mentionnées à l’article L. 1142-5.
