Article R1142-62 of the French Public Health Code

When the person considered liable for the damage by the Commission for Conciliation and Compensation of Medical Accidents, Iatrogenic Diseases and Nosocomial Infections is not insured, the period provided for in article L. 1142-14 runs from the date of receipt by the Office of the opinion of this Commission.

Lorsque la personne regardée comme responsable des dommages par la commission de conciliation et d’indemnisation des accidents médicaux, des affections iatrogènes et des infections nosocomiales n’est pas assurée, le délai prévu à l’article L. 1142-14 court à compter de la date de réception par l’office de l’avis de cette commission.
