Article R1143-1 of the French Public Health Code

The group action provided for by Article L. 1143-1 shall be brought and governed in accordance with the rules laid down by the Code of Civil Procedure or the Code of Administrative Justice, depending on the court having jurisdiction, subject to the provisions of this chapter.

L’action de groupe prévue par l’article L. 1143-1 est introduite et régie selon les règles prévues par le code de procédure civile ou le code de justice administrative, selon l’ordre de juridiction compétent, sous réserve des dispositions du présent chapitre.
