Except where it results from affiliation to a sports federation approved by the State, the approval provided for in article L. 121-4 is issued by the prefect of the département in which the sports association has its registered office.
The prefectoral decree granting approval is published in the prefecture’s recueil des actes administratifs.
Sauf lorsqu’il résulte de l’affiliation à une fédération sportive agréée par l’Etat, l’agrément prévu à l’article L. 121-4 est délivré par le préfet du département dans lequel l’association sportive a son siège.
L’arrêté préfectoral portant agrément est publié au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture.
