Article R121-25 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Each year, the Director General of the French Office for Immigration and Integration draws up a report, which he presents to the Board of Directors during the first half of the year, giving an account of the implementation of the contract of objectives and performance referred to in Article R. 121-4 and of the Office’s activity during the past financial year.

Le directeur général de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration dresse chaque année un rapport qu’il présente au conseil d’administration au cours du premier semestre, qui rend compte de l’exécution du contrat d’objectifs et de performance mentionné à l’article R. 121-4 et de l’activité de l’office durant l’exercice écoulé.
