Article R121 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In addition to the reimbursement of their travel expenses, calculated in accordance with the conditions laid down for travel by civilian State personnel for the Ministry of Justice, the natural persons and associations mentioned in articles R. 121-1 and R. 121-3, for the missions and according to the distinctions provided for by these articles, allowances of which the amounts IP. 1 to IP. 6 or IA. 1 to IA. 6 expressed in euros are set by joint order of the Minister for the Budget and the Minister for Justice.

En sus du remboursement de leurs frais de déplacement, calculés dans les conditions fixées pour les déplacements des personnels civils de l’Etat pour le ministère de la justice, il est alloué aux personnes physiques et aux associations mentionnées par les articles R. 121-1 et R. 121-3, pour les missions et selon les distinctions prévues par ces articles, des indemnités dont les montants IP. 1 à IP. 6 ou IA. 1 à IA. 6 exprimés en euros sont fixés par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé du budget et du ministre de la justice.
