Article R1212-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The order establishing the amount of the increase or decrease in charges is notified to the local authorities concerned.

The Minister for the Interior and the Minister for the Budget have the option of consulting the commission on any complaints made by these local authorities.

The commission issues an opinion within one month of the complaint being forwarded by the ministers.

Article R1212-7

L’arrêté constatant le montant des accroissements ou diminutions de charges est notifié aux collectivités intéressées.

Le ministre de l’intérieur et le ministre chargé du budget ont la faculté de consulter la commission sur les réclamations éventuelles de ces collectivités.

La commission émet un avis dans un délai d’un mois à compter de la transmission de la réclamation par les ministres.
