The report referred to in the second paragraph of Article L. 1614-3 shall be drawn up by the full Commission. If the plenary session does not meet before the first Tuesday in October, the report will be drawn up by its Chairman after consultation with the members of the Commission.
The report is presented by the Chairman or one of the Vice-Chairmen at a meeting of the Local Finance Committee.
Le bilan mentionné au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1614-3 est établi par la commission réunie en formation plénière. A défaut de réunion de la formation plénière avant le premier mardi d’octobre, le bilan est établi par son président après consultation des membres de la commission.
Le bilan est présenté par le président ou l’un des vice-présidents lors d’une séance du comité des finances locales.
