The five representatives of the public establishments of inter-municipal cooperation with their own tax status and their alternates are elected by the college of presidents of public establishments of inter-municipal cooperation with their own tax status, by a one-round majority list ballot, with the submission of complete lists, without adding or deleting names and without changing the order of presentation.
The list is composed alternately of one candidate of each sex.
It shall include a majority of elected representatives exercising the executive functions of president or vice-president within the public establishments of inter-municipal cooperation with their own tax status.
