Article R122-22 of the French Intellectual Property Code

For the application of the first paragraph of b of 2° of Article L. 122-5-1, the documents mentioned in article D. 314-128 of the Education Code are considered to be school books subject to the obligation to be deposited with the Bibliothèque nationale de France.

Article R122-22

Pour l’application du premier alinéa du b du 2° de l’article L. 122-5-1, sont considérés comme livres scolaires soumis à l’obligation de dépôt auprès de la Bibliothèque nationale de France les documents mentionnés à l’article D. 314-128 du code de l’éducation.
