Article R1222-25 of the French Public Health Code

The task of preparing, labelling and storing labile blood products may only be carried out, under the supervision of the supervisory staff mentioned in II of article R. 1222-27, by a person holding at least a diploma certifying completion of the first cycle of secondary education.

La fonction de préparation, d’étiquetage et de stockage des produits sanguins labiles ne peut être exercée, sous la surveillance des personnels d’encadrement mentionnés au II de l’article R. 1222-27, que par une personne titulaire au moins d’un diplôme sanctionnant le premier cycle d’études secondaires.
