Article R123-242 of the French Commercial code

For the persons mentioned in 1° and 2° of article L. 123-36 and for the natural persons mentioned in 4° and 5° of the same article who have chosen to practise under the limited liability sole trader regime defined in article L. 526-6, the application for registration, amending registration, deletion, or the filing of deeds or documents with the Trade and Companies Register, the Special Register of Commercial Agents or the Special Register of Sole Proprietorships with Limited Liability, as applicable, is equivalent to an application for registration, amending registration, deletion or filing with the National Register of Companies.

Pour les personnes mentionnées aux 1° et 2° de l’article L. 123-36 et pour les personnes physiques mentionnées aux 4° et 5° du même article ayant choisi d’exercer sous le régime de l’entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée défini à l’article L. 526-6, la demande d’immatriculation, d’inscription modificative, de radiation, ou le dépôt d’actes ou de pièces au registre du commerce et des sociétés, au registre spécial des agents commerciaux ou au registre spécial des entreprises individuelles à responsabilité limitée, selon le cas, vaut demande d’immatriculation, d’inscription modificative, de radiation ou de dépôt au Registre national des entreprises.
