Article R123-267 of the French Commercial code

The information and documents, the registration and filing of which in the National Register of Companies are subject to validation pursuant to article L. 123-39, are transmitted to the authority responsible for validation by the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1, under the conditions provided for in article R. 123-7. The authority responsible for validation will immediately communicate its decision to the keeper of the National Register of Companies via the aforementioned single body and under the same conditions.

Entries of information and filings of documents validated in accordance with this article are identified in the National Companies Register by a note including the identity of the authority that validated them and the date of validation.

Information relating to the registration number in the National Register for the Identification of Natural Persons and telephone and electronic contact details are not subject to validation.

Les informations et pièces, dont l’inscription et le dépôt au Registre national des entreprises sont soumis à validation en application de l’article L. 123-39, sont transmises à l’autorité à qui incombe la validation par l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1, dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 123-7. L’autorité en charge de la validation communique sans délai sa décision au teneur du Registre national des entreprises par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique susmentionné et dans les mêmes conditions.

Les inscriptions d’informations et les dépôts de pièces validés en application du présent article sont identifiés au sein du Registre national des entreprises par une mention comprenant l’identité de l’autorité ayant procédé à la validation et la date de celle-ci.

Les informations relatives au numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques ainsi que les coordonnées téléphoniques et électroniques ne sont pas soumises à validation.
