Article R123-30-6 of the French Commercial code

For the processing of registration declarations and applications for authorisation or declarations prior to the exercise of the activity, the provisions of article R. 123-1 with the exception of 1° of I, article R. 123-4 with the exception of I, article R. 123-7, article R. 123-10 and articles R. 123-10 to R. 123-14 are applicable.

Pour le traitement des déclarations d’inscription et des demandes d’autorisation ou déclarations préalables à l’exercice de l’activité, sont applicables les dispositions de l’article R. 123-1 à l’exception du 1° du I, de l’article R. 123-4 à l’exception du I, de l’article R. 123-7, de l’article R. 123-10 et des articles R. 123-10 à R. 123-14.
