Article R1231-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The agency shall assist the regional prefect and the departmental prefect in implementing the actions mentioned in V of Article 36 and in the second paragraph of article 41 of decree no. 2004-374 of 29 April 2004 relating to the powers of prefects, the organisation and action of State services in the regions and departments, with regard to the territorial impact of projects to transform public services.

L’agence apporte son concours au préfet de région et au préfet de département dans la mise en œuvre des actions mentionnées au V de l’article 36 et au second alinéa de l’article 41 du décret n° 2004-374 du 29 avril 2004 relatif aux pouvoirs des préfets, à l’organisation et à l’action des services de l’Etat dans les régions et départements, en matière d’impact territorial des projets de transformation des services publics.
