Make An Appointment

Article R1232-16 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Agency will issue an acknowledgement of receipt when the dossier referred to in Article R. 1232-15 is complete and will simultaneously send this dossier to the Minister for Research.

If the dossier is incomplete, he will request, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, any additional document or information that he considers necessary, indicating the deadline for providing it.

Le directeur général de l’agence délivre un accusé de réception lorsque le dossier mentionné à l’article R. 1232-15 est complet et adresse simultanément ce dossier au ministre chargé de la recherche.

En cas de dossier incomplet, il demande, par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception, toute pièce ou information complémentaire qu’il estime nécessaire en indiquant le délai imparti pour la fournir.
