Article R1232-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The term of office of the Chairman of the Board of Directors is three years. This term of office may be renewed once.

The age limit applicable to him/her is set at seventy-five years.

The Board of Directors elects, under the same conditions and for the same term as the Chairman, a Vice-Chairman who exercises all the prerogatives of the Chairman in the event of the latter’s absence or incapacity.

Article R1232-3

La durée du mandat du président du conseil d’administration est de trois ans. Ce mandat est renouvelable une fois.

La limite d’âge qui lui est applicable est fixée à soixante-quinze ans.

Le conseil d’administration élit dans les mêmes conditions et pour la même durée que le président un vice-président qui exerce toutes les prérogatives du président en cas d’absence ou d’empêchement de ce dernier.
