Any person of full age or a minor of at least thirteen years of age may be entered on the register in order to make known their refusal to have organs removed from their body after their death, either for therapeutic purposes, or to investigate the cause of death, or for other scientific purposes, or in more than one of these three cases.
The refusal provided for in the previous paragraph may not prevent any expert reports, findings or technical or scientific examinations that may be carried out as part of a judicial enquiry or investigative measure.
